EXTRA MONEY FOR TEACHERS, I MADE $130!

It has been awhile since my last post, but things are taking off a little bit.  I made $130 from Google.  It was the coolest things to see.  The money has been coming from blogs and videos that I have been posting online.

The interesting things is that some of my most successful things have been practice videos that I was going to use in my classroom.  My most popular video is one that I was going to actually delete because I didn't thing it was very good.  Right now, it is sitting at the number 3 spot in the world for subtraction.  You can see it here!  

At the time of this post, those little ads that you see at the front of the video have made me about $7.00.  I now that is not a big deal to most people, but to me it is an amazing success.  That is money from me.  Anyway, I plan on updating this site a little more often.  I have some other ideas for summer money, but I have learned a lot about doing some things online.  I plan to do more here and there.  

If you are looking to make extra money fast as a teacher, I'm not sure an online things is the way to go, but if you have a little time each day to create something, start doing it now.  In six months, that stupid video could be making you a little money.  

Extra Money for Teachers

So, it is almost back to school time.  I have been working all summer on little online things that did not make me any money, but I learned a lot about online business and some of the things that I put in place are growing in surprising ways.  I had one idea that did awful and one idea that is doing great.  The key for making extra money right now is going to be consistently creating content.  Teachers can make extra money online.  I have learned some amazing things and a lot of people who are not teachers are making money by teaching online.  In my opinion the writing is on the wall.

This blog is just my rambling thoughts about extra money for teachers.

I did make it to number one on google for a day.  I got a lot of traffic to my site which was a major victory.

If you are reading this and thinking about making extra money as a teacher, my advice would be to start now.  Go to blogger and create a blog about anything that you love to do.  Just add a post everyday for 30 days.  You'll learn some amazing things.
